Brattleboro Memorial Hospital: MASS CASUALTY PLAN OVERVIEW (MCI) Major & Minor "Code White" Disaster I. POLICY: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is an integral part of the local emergency planning and participates in drills with state, local and federal agencies. In order to properly handle and unusually large number of emergecy patients, a plan is maintainted to provide guidelines for the efficient delivery of care. all patients wihout exception will be processed through the Emergency Department.
